Prior to this role, Reginald was part of the UK Technical Support team at Questionmark Computing Ltd. from August 2005 to June 2011, where contributions significantly improved the team's reputation. Reginald holds an MSc in Information Technology from the London Institute of Technology & Research (2001-2003) and a BA in History, Sociology, and Dance from the State University of New York at Geneseo (1986-1990).
