Cassandra Joachim

Cassandra Joachim began their career in 2010 as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Oliver Home Healthcare Agency LLC. In 2011, they moved to Encompass Home Health as an Area Manager. In 2014, they joined Precision as a Business Development & Operations Manager. In 2016, Cassandra joined Intellirent as Vice President Operations, a role in which they were a trusted business partner working with department leads and their teams to determine and direct operational priorities connected to new business, customer acquisition, growth and retention with a focus on scale-up operational execution. Cassandra was also responsible for establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, evolving methods and tools to measure, report and recommend improvements. Cassandra also held the role of Director Of Business Development and Business Development Lead at Intellirent.

Cassandra Joachim obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Texas in 2009, with a major in Business, Management, and Marketing.
