Taylor Lembi

Taylor Lembi has a 20-year career in real estate with experience in construction, development, property management, investment, and technology. In 2012, they co-founded Red Bridge Partners and in 2015, they founded Intellirent. In 2016, they founded M31 Capital, which focuses on multi-family and commercial property. Throughout their career, they have acquired, managed, financed, and advised on over $3 billion of real estate-related transactions and serves as a partner in numerous real estate ventures.

Taylor Lembi attended Arizona State University from 1997 to 2002, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Communications.
