Juan Méndez García

Juan Méndez García has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Juan began their career in 2008 as a Scholar at HC Energia. In 2010, they began doing freelance software development in various technologies and programming languages, such as Java, PHP, and C#. In 2012, they took a role as a Startup Software Developer at WOT Applications, where they were responsible for J2EE Web development, REST services, and Amazon AWS administration. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Applus IDIADA as a Software Engineer and later as a Tech Lead Software Engineer, where they were responsible for leading a software development team using Scrum and agile software development techniques, as well as implementing multinational software with different business rules based on the location. Juan is currently employed as a Senior Backend Engineer at IntelliSense.io.

Juan Méndez García attended the Universidad de Oviedo from 2003 to 2008, earning a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Informático de Sistemas in the field of Tecnologías de la Información. Juan then continued their studies at the same university from 2008 to 2011, graduating with a degree in Ingeniero Informático in the same field.
