Keca Ward is the founder of Forward Pickleball, a premier indoor pickleball facility in the Philadelphia region, dedicated to expanding the sport within the community. With extensive experience in human resources, Keca has held leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources at IntelliShift and HR Director at Infinite Blue, overseeing HR functions and strategies to foster positive workplace culture. Keca previously served as Sr. Director of Employee Experience at Phenom People, transforming HR practices to enhance employee and candidate experiences. Keca also co-owned a successful recruiting firm and ran a consulting company specializing in talent acquisition. Keca earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
