Richard Case

Richard Case has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Richard started their career as an Assistant Language Teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET), where they taught English in high schools and immersed himself in the Japanese culture. Richard then transitioned to Marubeni Aerospace America Corp., where they worked as an Account Executive, managing relationships between US aerospace suppliers and Japanese buyers. During this role, they also handled IT responsibilities such as financial reporting and software upgrades.

In 2008, Richard joined IntelliSurvey, a market research company specializing in online surveys. Richard initially worked as a Project Manager, overseeing programming and project management. Throughout their tenure, they took on various roles including Product Manager, where they showed their expertise in managing products and leading teams. Richard eventually rose to the position of Vice President, leading the Custom Market Research division and handling programming, project management, and client interface.

In 2022, Richard took on the role of VP, Survey UI Development Team Lead, where they showcased their skills in front-end engineering. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Front End Engineering, demonstrating their continued growth and expertise in this field.

Richard Case attended Pepperdine University from 1996 to 2000, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business.
