Ashwinder ‘Addy’ Singh is the VP of MSP Delivery at Intelliswift. In this role he emphasizes on building Intelliswift as a delivery-focused organization through client relations, strategic planning, recruitment and sales. He concentrates these efforts to serve and grow our wide network of MSP partners.Before joining Intelliswift, Addy has held Operations & Delivery leadership positions across the staffing lifecycle, with leading IT companies. He has almost 20 years of experience in setting up successful offshore delivery teams, and a proven track record in developing and implementing recruitment & sales strategies, operations workflows, and delivery roadmaps to meet client needs as well as organizational goals.Addy possesses a sharp decision-making ability which is required for market opportunity evaluation, operations management, and delivery planning. Furthermore, he has a keen sensitivity to the underlying cost structures that enables the most efficient use of our company’s resources.Addy has a Bachelors in Hospitality Management.
