Sreejith Chandran

Sreejith is Vice President - Client Services for BFSI at Intelliswift. In this role, he oversees customer relations, growth, revenue and PnL, delivery, expanding our partner ecosystem and building capabilities around our banking, capital markets and insurance offerings. Prior to joining Intelliswift, Sreejith was Head of Financial Services Group at UST Global where he grew the business organically by 5X in 3 years. In his career spanning 18+ years, he has worked with prominent multinational enterprises such as UST, Cognizant, RR Donnelly, and Sutherland. Sreejith is extremely passionate about setting strategy and culture, aligning the team to execute it and overseeing the growth of the organization in terms of valuation, revenue, profitability and people. Sreejith has studied Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He is a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, and Six Thinking Hats practitioner.
