Stefan Minnaar

Stefan Minnaar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in agile transformation and leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at both Elstefco Technologies and IntelliTech Consulting, part of the Elstefco Group, since May 2022, Stefan's expertise includes enterprise agile leadership advisory, IT service management consulting, software development, and IT recruitment. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa and WorldFirst, as well as Senior Agile Delivery Lead at Nedbank. With a background in software development and technical leadership, spanning over a decade in agile methodologies across multiple industries, Stefan has demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous improvement and team mentorship throughout their career. Education was completed at Eaglesvale High in Harare.
