Shannon Hayes

Shannon Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Intellum since July 2020, after progressing through roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to joining Intellum, Shannon worked at Wisetail, an Intertek Company, focusing on client experience from January 2018 to July 2020. Shannon's background also includes roles as a Real Estate Agent at d'aprile properties, a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Collins Real Estate Advisors LLC, and an Attorney and Distressed Property Manager at White / Peterman Properties, Inc., where initiatives led to increased efficiency in property data management.
