Norman Hicks

Norman HICKS, CCNA, currently serves as a Senior NOC Technician at Intelsat since July 2017, with previous experience as NOC Tier II. Prior to that, Norman worked at Birch Communications from January 2014 to July 2019 as a Tier II Tech, specializing in complex maintenance support for networking and hardware, as well as troubleshooting VoIP systems. Norman began a career in technology at CBIZ Network Solutions from January 1998 to April 2013 as a Network Support Engineer and Field Service Tech, where responsibilities included diagnosing and repairing electronic systems. Norman holds an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology and furthered education in Network Systems and Information Technology at Herzing University.
