Wes Altman

Wes Altman holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has over two decades of experience in benefits management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Benefits at Intelsat since August 2010, Wes oversees the strategic direction of global Health & Welfare and Retirement benefits, collaborating with consultants to align programs with the company's long-term objectives. Previously, Wes was Benefit Manager at the American Chemical Society for over eleven years, acting as Plan Administrator for various employee benefits and managing vendor relationships. Wes also has experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Hanger Orthopedic Group, where responsibilities included processing employee changes across multiple offices.
