Ripley Martin

Ripley brings significant experience across the intersection of strategy, healthcare, and technology to IntelyCare, having led both large enterprises and start-up teams throughout his career.

Before joining IntelyCare, Ripley led Philips Ventures, where he was responsible for corporate venture capital, accelerator, and external innovation efforts. He managed a global team of investment and innovation professionals spanning a variety of care-related disciplines, and held numerous leadership roles across healthcare strategy, business development, product, and general management.

Prior to Philips, Ripley spent six years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Principal in the firm’s Healthcare, Industrial Goods, and Strategy practices.

Ripley holds an MBA with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from Colby College.
