Helena L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Following that, they enrolled at Universidad de Málaga for a Master's degree in Translation for the Editorial World, completing it in 2011. Additionally, they spent a year at Leipzig University in 2008-2009, although their degree or field of study during this period is unspecified.

In terms of certifications, Helena has obtained several credentials. In 2019, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
