Juan Ramón Díaz Arranz

Juan Ramón Díaz Arranz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Juan Ramón started their career as a Telecomunicaciones Technician Intern at Sefetel Instalaciones y Comunicaciones SCM in 2011. Later, in 2012, they worked as an Operario de Obra at Dalek LC., gaining experience in renovating Victorian homes for rental purposes.

In 2013, Juan Ramón worked as an Auxiliar Técnico de Sonido at Vibe Studio, where they assisted with sound technicalities. Juan Ramón then transitioned to Comfica Soluciones Integrales S.L. in 2014, where they worked as a Technician I+M for a year, focusing on installations and maintenance.

In 2017, they joined Prometheus Pro LTD as a Support Technician, completing their Erasmus+ internship in Bulgaria and providing technical support to the company. Later, Juan Ramón worked as a Support Technician at Gigas, where they handled international cloud server support and ticket management.

In 2019, they became an Administrator of Systems at Paradigma Digital, where they were responsible for managing Unix-based systems and using various-tools like Jenkins, Git, Zabbix, and Grafana. Juan Ramón also utilized Jira and Confluence for internal incident management and documentation.

In 2020, Juan Ramón joined UST as a Sysadmin and Monitoring Technician, working on the VIDEOTOOLS project at Telefónica I+D. Juan Ramón'sresponsibilities included collecting logs and metrics from different servers for video activity monitoring and configuring agents for data ingestion.

Currently, Juan Ramón Díaz Arranz is a DevOps Engineer at intelygenz, starting in 2022.

Juan Ramón Díaz Arranz has a solid education history in the field of technology. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Centro Teide Formación, where they obtained a degree as a Técnico Superior Informático in Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red (Computer Systems Administration). Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied at IES Virgen de la Paloma and earned a degree as Técnico Superior en Telecomunicaciones, specializing in Tecnología/Técnico de telecomunicaciones (Telecommunications Technology/Technician).

In addition to their formal education, Juan Ramón Díaz Arranz has also obtained relevant certifications. In November 2018, they achieved the Plesk Onyx Professional Certification from Plesk. More recently, in September 2022, they became a HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002) through HashiCorp.
