Intentional Churches
Galen Thomas is an experienced leader who has held various executive positions in church and non-profit organizations, specializing in strategic planning, operational leadership, and human resources management. Galen currently serves as the Intentional Growth Plan Coach at Intentional Churches and as the Senior Executive Pastor at Crossroads Christian Church. Prior to these roles, Galen held leadership roles at The Chapel, Willow Creek Community Church, and New Hope Community Church. Galen holds a BS in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Intentional Churches
Intentional Churches exists to create a movement of churches, from all denominations and backgrounds, with an active and renewable plan to double their Great Commission impact. The plans will utilize tried and tested team processes and tools facilitated by experienced church leaders. These facilitators will humbly challenge and lend perspective through the planning process. Intentional Churches will then follow up with the accountability and coaching needed to follow through on the planning and insight. We will train leaders within the churches so the planning process can live on without us. Finally, we will convene learning, training, and mentoring environments where churches and leaders will learn from one another and spur each other to grow.
