We are Intentional Discovery for Learning, and we are passionate about inspiring others to learn, develop and grow.

A little bit about us: Karen Maida Heckman and Angel Canada Granoff have been working together for over 15 years…we met while working at Mars where we had the opportunity to work side by side as global Corporate trainers and expert facilitators for the organization.

We are both executive coaches and we focus on Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness Programs and Sales Training.

Our individual experience and knowledge gained from working 25+ years respectively for several fortune 500 organizations (Bayer, Chubb, Coca Cola, General Mills, Mars, Pepperidge Farm) provides us with a wealth of knowledge and expertise on how businesses operate to achieve their desired results.
