Tia Holiday

Outside of work, you can often find Tia on the Jiu Jitsu mat. At iF, she’s helping clients tackle issues related to equity in higher education. She recently finished her Masters in Instructional Design, after years of working with educators, public institutions, colleges, and high schools to better serve students from low-resourced communities receive the support and infrastructure they need. As Postsecondary Education Lead, Tia brings expertise, strategy, and evidence-based solutions that take down inequitable infrastructures, and set students up for success.
