Claus Allerup is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Intenz since January 2021 and as a Senior Consultant at Valcon, where contributions focus on Strategy and Markets by delivering Commercial Excellence and Strategy Execution Projects primarily in the Scandinavian market. Since 2012, Claus has been a Senior Consultant at Insights and a Partner at Human Impact. Claus also founded MindYou and served as its CEO since November 2011, alongside previous roles including Managing Director at Acuity World and Business Unit Manager at Soliditet A/S. Educational qualifications include studies at Copenhagen Business School and various leadership and performance enhancement programs, solidifying Claus's expertise in transformational leadership and personal effectiveness.
