Geoff Jones

As Vice President of Recruiting Geoff is responsible for all recruiting activities and standards in the Company. Geoff has been with IntePros Consulting since 2005 and most recently served as Director of Recruiting for the Plymouth Meeting, PA office. Geoff brings nearly 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, and has proven adept at designing recruiting and delivery solutions to best serve our clients. Geoff is a firm believer in establishing long-term, meaningful partnerships with both our clients and consultants with a focus on absolute customer service.

Prior to joining the leadership team at IntePros, Geoff worked for Business Software Solutions, a regional staffing and project-based consulting firm, for 6 years in roles ranging from Senior Technical Recruiter to Account Manager. Geoff has placed a vast array of technical professionals throughout his career, and has managed to develop a strong propensity for working with the strongest information technology professionals in the market.

Geoff has a BS in Marketing from Rider University as well as MBA from Rider University. He and his wife have 2 children, and are active in the their community.
