Orlando Silva Souto is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Manager at Inter since May 2018, Orlando has held various roles including Tech Manager, Squad Leader, Tech Lead, and Java Software Developer. Prior experience includes working as a Java Developer Analyst at Unisys, where responsibilities involved developing Java web systems, and at Powerlogic as a Java EE Analyst Developer, focusing on web system development using key Java open-source technologies. Orlando began the career at Prodemge as an intern, developing system prototypes and test cases.
