Rafaela MacHado

Rafaela Machado is an experienced professional in the fields of auditing, risk analysis, and financial management. Currently serving as an Internal Auditor at Inter since November 2023, Rafaela previously held the position of Analyst of Risks, Internal Controls, and Compliance at Pottencial from March 2020 to November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG as an Auditor and at Lagoa Participações as a Financial Assistant. Rafaela's career began at Banco Mercantil do Brasil as an Intern, followed by an internship in controllership at CNH Industrial and an administrative assistant position at Pedrosa e Cia. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Financial and Strategic Controllership from PUC Minas, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from PUC Minas, and a Technological degree in Financial Management from PUC Minas. Rafaela is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Big Data and Analytical Intelligence at Centro Universitário UNA.
