Rafaela Vitoria

Rafaela Vitoria, PhD, CFA, serves as the Director of Economic Research and Market Relations at Inter since February 2019. In addition to this role, Rafaela has been a professor at PUC Minas and Fundação Dom Cabral since 2018. Previously, Rafaela was a partner at Sonar Investimentos, focusing on credit research and risk analysis, and a teacher at FK Partners specializing in corporate credit analysis and valuation. Rafaela's extensive experience also includes senior roles at Standard & Poor's, Kinea Investimentos as an equity research analyst, and investment advisory at Hedging-Griffo. Rafaela began professional career at BankBoston, where key responsibilities included corporate banking and wealth management services. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, an MBA in Corporate Finance from The Wharton School, and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, alongside a Bachelor's in Economics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
