Allie Garcia has diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Corporate Talent at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. Allie previously held positions as the Corporate Recruiting Manager and Senior Corporate Recruiter at the same company. Before joining Inter-Con, Allie worked as a Regional Recruiter at SIXT, a global leader in the car rental industry. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Recruiter at Royal Hawaiian Movers: A Dewitt Company, where they were responsible for recruiting efforts in all of the Hawaiian Islands. Allie's earlier experience includes working as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half and as an Account Manager at State Farm.
