Kimberly Cardoza

Kimberly Cardoza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal development and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Proposal Development at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. since May 2021, Kimberly previously held significant roles at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., including Proposal Center Manager for Global Clients America and Human Resources Manager. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed leading national and global proposal efforts and overseeing HR policies and procedures. Additionally, Kimberly has been a Referral Agent at NRT since July 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
