Luis Enrique Duran Amaya

Luis Enrique Duran Amaya has over eight years of experience in the IT industry. Luis Enrique started their career as an IT Analyst at Garma Mexico, where they handled LAN and WAN management and performed maintenance on computer equipment. Luis Enrique then worked at Kelly Services as an IT Analyst, providing technical support and managing improvement projects.

Later, Duran Amaya joined PayClip Inc. as an IT Senior Technical Analyst, leading IT support for over 300 employees and managing server infrastructure. Luis Enrique also played a key role in reducing technological costs for new office acquisitions.

After that, Duran Amaya served as an IT & OE Manager at Trend Micro, overseeing technology implementation and support for multiple offices. Luis Enrique ensured compliance with standards and achieved significant improvements in IT support services for the Brazil region.

Currently, Duran Amaya holds the position of Global Information Technology Director at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. Luis Enrique is responsible for managing IT infrastructure worldwide, establishing and meeting SLAs, and providing recommendations for IT improvements.

Luis Enrique Duran Amaya completed a Bachelor's degree in Informatics at Universidad de Londres from 2014 to 2017, with a focus on network and system administration. Prior to that, they attended Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Technical degree in Computer Networks. In addition to their education, Luis has received certifications in CompTIA Security+, ITIL V4, and MCSA: Windows 10 - Certified 2019.
