Monica Segreste Vejar has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Monica began their career at Etobe as a Talent Acquisition Analyst, where they played a crucial role in transforming the economy of Mexico through job opportunities. Monica then joined Morgan Philips Group, first as a Recruiter and later as a Senior Acquisition Consultant. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in sourcing and hiring top talent. Monica then moved on to Richemont, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Lead, responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition efforts. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent SSC & U.S Embassies LATAM at Inter-Con Security, where they oversee talent management strategies and drives recruitment initiatives. Monica's work experience showcases their strong background in talent acquisition and their ability to successfully meet organizational needs through effective recruitment strategies.

Monica Segreste Vejar holds a Licenciatura in Humanistic Psychology from Universidad Gestalt, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachillerato at Colegio Miraflores from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they completed 8th grade at Overbrook Academy in 2011. Monica also has additional certifications including 3er Siposium Inmobiliario from AMPI Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, LAR: Proyecto Personal from IFFD - International Federation for Family Development, and Delf B1 from Academie Linguistique Internationale - ALI.
