Jay Miller has extensive experience in leadership and board participation within various nonprofit organizations focused on social services, mental health, and community support. Since May 2002, Jay has served as the Executive Director of Shared Visions Foundation. Current board positions include member of the Board of Directors for the Inter-Faith Council for Social Service, Club Nova Community Inc., Freedom House, and Henderson Street Foundation, with a role as Treasurer for Cross Disabilities. Previously, Jay held the position of Interim Director/CEO at Freedom House Recovery Center and served on the Board of Directors for INSIGHT HUMAN SERVICES, INC. Notably, Jay was President of the Leadership Council for Mental Health America of the Triangle from January 2012 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include a degree in History from Duke University.
