Rytis Salys

Rytis Salys is a seasoned risk management leader with a focus on Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and GDPR compliance. Currently, Rytis serves as the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Manager for IKEA Retail Baltics, where they lead the development of risk management strategies and oversee crisis management frameworks. As the founder and board member of the Risk Management Association, Rytis actively participates in strategic planning and industry representation. Previously, Rytis held key roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and the Radiation Protection Centre, contributing significantly to risk management systems and legislative developments related to radiation safety. Rytis is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Risk Management while holding certifications such as the International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management (IRMCert) and BSI Certification in Lead Implementer ISO 22301.
