Karen de Leon

Karen De Leon, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans various industries including sports, real estate, and entertainment. Karen currently holds the role of Director of Business Operations at Inter Miami CF, a professional soccer team. Prior to this, they worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent at First Pro International Realty, Co.

Karen also has experience in the sports industry, having worked at the Miami Marlins in various roles. Karen served as the Manager of Investor Relations and Special Projects from 2019 to 2022, and before that, they worked as a Coordinator in the Chief of Staff Office. In addition, Karen started their career at the Miami Marlins as a Strategy and Engagement Marketing Intern.

Before transitioning into the sports and real estate industries, Karen worked as a Production Assistant at Marc Anthony Productions from 2012 to 2014.

Karen De Leon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Connecticut. Karen then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Florida International University - College of Business. Prior to that, they attended Universidad de Granada.
