Terry Fraser-Reid

Terry Fraser-Reid currently serves as Development Executive for Miami Freedom Park at Inter Miami CF since January 2024. Previously, Terry held the position of Senior Vice President at Mast Capital from 2021 to 2023, overseeing a multidisciplinary team for significant development projects in the Brickell district. In 2020, Terry founded Dual-T Ventures, LLC, applying over 20 years of expertise in institutional real estate to enhance development management and organizational competence. Past roles include Industry Specialist and Council Member at GLG, Vice President of Development at Cadillac Fairview, and Development Director at Hines, where Terry led large-scale projects including the Fifty South Sixth office tower and the development of a $600M football stadium. Early career experience includes positions at Shorenstein Realty Services, AECOM, and Wallace Floyd Associates. Educational credentials include a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA (Honours) in Psychology from Queen's University.
