Paula Morais is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with significant experience in recruitment, technology, and education. Currently serving as Founder & COO at InHire since January 2022 and as Co-Founder of Intera since April 2018, Paula focuses on addressing the hiring challenges faced by innovative companies, particularly in the tech sector. With a background in developing educational initiatives, Paula founded Weber School, aimed at training developers, and has been a Fellow at Fundação Estudar since 2015. Additional experiences include key roles at Fundação Lemann, Editora Sanar, and Talugo.com, a marketplace for item rentals. Paula holds a degree in Administration from Universidade Federal da Bahia and is pursuing further education at The University of British Columbia.
