Kari Bechert has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in marketing and sales roles. Starting in 2006, Kari worked at Mölnlycke as a Regional Clinical Specialist and later as a Senior Regional Clinical Product Specialist/National and Corporate Field Trainer, where they were responsible for identifying and prioritizing clinical marketing needs and supporting sales initiatives. In 2014, Kari joined MiMedx as a Sales Account Executive, achieving significant sales growth in a short period of time. Kari then moved on to Healogics, Inc. in 2015, serving as a Program Director and leading marketing and operations for a wound center, increasing patient volumes. Kari then transitioned to Integrated Healing Technologies in 2016, initially as a Clinical Sales Training Manager and later as the Director of Clinical Marketing and Sales Training. In these roles, they led the execution of clinical marketing strategies and achieved significant product growth. In 2018, Kari joined Attune Medical as a Marketing Director, driving key business initiatives and implementing marketing campaigns in critical care segments. Most recently, in 2020, Kari became a Channel Marketing Manager Healthcare at Medela, where they reset the organization's marketing fundamentals and led the execution of marketing engagement strategies. In 2023, Kari will join Intera Oncology Inc. as a Marketing Programs Manager.
Kari Bechert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Marquette University. Kari later pursued a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Kari has certifications as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist from Norton School and as a Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) from the American Board of Wound Management.
