Niki Koesel

Niki Koesel currently serves as the Director of Medical Affairs for HAI Therapy at Intera Oncology Inc., a division of Boston Scientific, since October 2023. Prior experience includes holding the position of Medical Science Director at Helsinn Therapeutics (U.S.), Inc. and serving in various roles at Helsinn Group from 2018 to October 2023. Niki also contributed to palliative care as Director at Carolinas HealthCare System from 2012 to January 2018, focusing on integrating palliative care in managing serious illnesses and providing education to stakeholders. Earlier experience includes serving as a Palliative Care Consultant-NP at Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nursing Leadership from Duke University and advanced degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
