Shanice M. Brooks

Shanice M. Brooks is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in language instruction, accounting, customer service, and loan processing. Currently serving as an Assistant Language Teacher at Interac since April 2022, Shanice previously worked at Paramount Trading Jamaica Limited from November 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included recording customer payment transactions, operating accounting software, and providing customer service support. Shanice also held the position of Loan Officer at Self Start Fund for a brief period, demonstrating proficiency in managing loan applications and client communications. Academically, Shanice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Management from The University of the West Indies, along with an Associate's degree in Natural Science from St. Mary's High School and a High School Diploma from St. Hilda's Diocesan High School.
