Claudiu Farcau

Claudiu Farcau has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Claudiu started their career in 1994 as a Teaching Assistant at Mihai Eminescu College. Claudiu then worked as a Software Developer at Ecosoft SRL from 1994 to 1996 before joining Sprint Canada as a Software Developer for three years. In 2000, Farcau joined BMO Financial Group as a Technical Lead in Software Development. After that, they worked at Aon Hewitt as a Sr. Technical Analyst in Human Capital Management Software Development from 2003 to 2006. Farcau then joined RBC Royal Bank, where they served as a Sr. Technical Systems Analyst for Online Banking and International Remittances from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Farcau took on the role of Sr. Business Systems Analyst at RBC Royal Bank, working on Mobile Banking, eDocuments, eSignatures, Investing, and Wealth Management. In 2014, Farcau joined ADP as a Product Owner, overseeing Human Capital Management Software. Claudiu then moved to Tim Hortons in 2014 as a Sr. Business Analyst Consultant, focusing on Mobile & Online Gaming and Digital Marketing. Finally, in 2015, Farcau joined Interac Corp. as the Director of Business Solutions, specifically in Payments Modernization, Real Time Payments, and Open Banking.

Claudiu Farcau holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Science and Automation.
