Jackie M Burns

Jackie M Burns currently serves as a Sr Change Manager (Change Agile Lead) at Interac Corp., overseeing day-to-day Change Management activities in an Agile environment and leading a team of five associates. With extensive experience in the field, Jackie previously held roles including Sr. Change Manager and Change Manager at Trillium Health Partners, where responsibilities included managing a six-member team and adapting ITIL Service Management processes. Additional experience includes a Change Manager position at BMO Capital Markets and various roles at ADP, including ITIL Service Management Specialist. Jackie holds degrees in Information Technology from Ryerson University and the Toronto School of Business, along with a diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Centennial College.
