Monica Sanchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, strategy, and marketing analytics. Currently serving as Sr. Research Lead for Voice of Customer at Interact Analysis since July 2025, Monica previously held the position of Strategy Sr. Director at Hearts & Science from 2022 to 2025, where significant contributions led to the retention of over $1B in revenue for several prominent clients. Prior roles include Executive Director of Audience Mining and Analytics at Dieste Inc. from 2012 to 2022, where Monica created a proprietary quantitative model to enhance consumer targeting, and co-founder of Collider Media, specializing in mobile content microtargeting. Additional leadership experience includes serving on the boards of the P&G Alumni Network and Austin Ad Fed, advocating for diversity and multiculturalism in the advertising community.
