Susan Posner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Susan started their career at Bloomberg, BNA in 1993 as an Account Executive & Instructor, where they focused on driving revenue growth through new business development and skillful account management. Susan also led corporate training initiatives, creating comprehensive course curricula and training materials for internal account executives.
In 2005, Susan joined Thomson Reuters, RIA as an Account Manager & Training Specialist. Their responsibilities included equipping teams and management personnel with the tools needed to position and sell competitive products. Susan excelled in new client prospecting, acquisition, and retention, building strong relationships with client contacts from various levels.
From 2008 to 2016, Susan worked at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting as a Research Consultant / Sales Specialist. Susan delivered customized on-site trainings and live webinars on legal, tax, and accounting applications to diverse audiences. Susan also developed a robust portfolio of training materials and content covering government regulations.
In 2016, Susan became the San Marcos Local Chapter President at the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Their role involved leading and managing the local chapter's operations.
Most recently, Susan joined Interact Communications in 2017 as the Vice President of Client Development. Interact is a communications services company that focuses exclusively on two-year community and technical colleges. Susan's role is centered around providing Jedi-like focus in solving the unique challenges faced by their college clients.
Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and training skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients ranging from staff to C-suite executives.
Susan Posner attended Brandeis University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In addition to their undergraduate education, Susan also obtained a certification in "Creating Your Sales Process" from LinkedIn in January 2017.
