Bethanie Mackintosh, MBA

Bethanie Mackintosh, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Bethanie currently works as an Onboarding Manager (Project Manager) at Interact Software since February 2022. Prior to this, Bethanie held various roles at Mattress Firm starting from June 2010. Bethanie worked as a Sr. Manager of Education Design from November 2017 to August 2020, where they led a creative team and prioritized long-term and short-term business objectives in educational programs. Before that, Bethanie served as the Manager of Branding and Analytics in January 2017, where they ensured the quality of internal training initiatives. Bethanie also worked as the Creative Services Manager from January 2016 to January 2017. Bethanie started their tenure at Mattress Firm as a Store Manager from June 2010 to April 2012 and gradually progressed to roles such as Curriculum Design Specialist from June 2014 to January 2016 and Market Training Specialist from February 2012 to June 2014. Prior to their time at Mattress Firm, Bethanie worked at The Princeton Review as an Assistant Director of Operations from August 2008 to June 2010.

Bethanie Mackintosh, MBA has an extensive education history. In 2019, they attended the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, where they earned an Executive MBA with a focus on Global Leadership. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2008, Bethanie pursued a Master's Degree in Communication at Stephen F. Austin State University. Bethanie had previously obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Image Management from the same university, which they completed from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their degrees, Bethanie Mackintosh also holds a certification in Designing Learning, which they obtained from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in July of 2014.
