Giedrė Kliukaitė has extensive experience in key account management and sales. Giedrė is currently working as a Senior Account Executive at Interactio - Multilingual Meetings Solution. Prior to that, they were a Key Account Manager at AUDIFINA UAB, where they handled both local and international accounting clients. In this role, they were responsible for the entire sales process, including onboarding new clients and managing existing key accounts. Giedrė also worked as a project manager for large-scale projects and optimized the sales process.

Before joining AUDIFINA UAB, Giedrė was a Key Account Manager at Teltonika EMS, where they focused on clients based in Scandinavia and Lithuania. Giedrė worked in a complex project environment and collaborated with account teams from different departments. Giedrė also had experience as a Key Account Manager at SALDA UAB, where they worked with manufactory companies in the HVAC sector. Their responsibilities included maintaining long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

Earlier in their career, Giedrė worked as a Marketing Specialist at SALDA UAB, where they defined market segments and created sales propositions. Giedrė also worked as a Segmentation Manager at TOC Sales and Marketing, UAB, where they applied Theory of Constraints principles to help clients maximize growth. In this role, they led a team of market researchers and defined attractive market segments for the client portfolio. Giedrė enjoyed the challenge of working with various companies from different industries and applying TOC methods to achieve results.

Giedrė Kliukaitė completed their high school education at Kaunas "Santara" gymnasium. Giedrė then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Business at ISM University of Management and Economics from 2010 to 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Giedrė obtained a TOCICO Certificate of Achievement in October 2017 and completed the course "Thinking Processes - 1 for Conflict Resolution, System Analysis, Marketing and Change Management" at TOCPA Schools International in November 2016. Giedrė also earned a certificate in "TOC for Performance Measurements and Managerial Decision Making" from TOCPA Schools International in October 2016.

Furthermore, Giedrė acquired additional certifications in specific areas. Giedrė obtained a certificate in "Decision-making in a complex world: the key to Antifragility" from Goldratt Research Labs in October 2017. Recently, in November 2021, they completed a certification course on "Growing organization and personal development" at Adizes Institute.
