Sam Pearl (she/her) is passionate about advancing social equity and community justice. She recently worked for Bottom Line as an adviser to first-generation-to-college students and, prior to that, worked in a court diversion and community justice program. Sam holds a Graduate Certification in Conflict Transformation from the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding, where she focused on deliberative dialogue facilitation and design processes. Sam earned a BA in Psychology and Education Studies from Middlebury College, where she also conducted research on collegiate student mental health and spent summers working as an outdoor educator and wilderness trip leader. She enjoys biking, swimming, spending time outside with friends, and trying new ice cream shops across Boston.
