William Abrams currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for HIAS and as a board member for Village Preservation (GVSHP). In addition, Abrams is a Senior Advisor for the Leadership Collaborative to End Ultra-Poverty and has held the position of Senior Fellow at InterAction. Previous roles include President of Trickle Up and New York Times Television, as well as Vice President of Business Development at ABC News. Abrams began a career at The Wall Street Journal as a reporter and editor. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MSJ from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and a BA in Sociology and Economics from Tufts University.
