Heather Cifuentes has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Heather began their career as a Recruiting Agent for Randstad Work Solutions in 2007. During this time, they created strong bonds with clients by providing exceptional service and recruited over 90 qualified candidates. In 2009, they joined Dexcom as a Territory Sales Specialist, where they increased sales within their territory by 40% within the first three months and transformed the bottom ranked territory by increasing brand awareness and market share by 30%. In 2014, they moved to Wild Dunes Resort by Destination Hotels & Resorts as a Food and Beverage Administrative Coordinator, where they acted as a liaison between all resort food & beverage outlets and managers, executive chef, human resources and marketing departments. In 2015, they joined Interactions Marketing as an Associate Director Client Services and Manager, Sales and Operations. In this role, they developed project plans, monitored program execution, performance and objectives and provided relevant recaps of each program or event. Heather also oversaw the supervision of personnel, communicated status of each project to appropriate internal and external business partners, and evaluated performance and made recommendations for personnel actions.
