Brad Totten

Brad Totten is a seasoned project manager and consultant with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Interactions LLC and NICE Systems since 2011, Brad has focused on implementing projects in the Western Region. Prior roles include VP of Project Management at Balboa Insurance Group, where Brad standardized contact center platforms, and CEO of the NICE User Group. With a strong foundation in business development and product management from positions at Harris Direct, Inc., Franklin Telecom, Inc., and Worldvoice.com, Brad co-founded SIPly Speaking, Inc., and has a background in startups and corporate consulting. An accomplished professional, Brad holds a BS in Management from Golden Gate University and an Associate of Arts from the College of Marin. Brad is currently retired from formal employment, transitioning from a career dedicated to enhancing customer experience through effective project management and technology application.
