Chris Scales

Chris Scales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in conversation design and technology support. Currently serving as a Senior Conversation Designer at Interactions LLC since October 2016, Chris previously held roles such as Test Engineer at DeveloperTown from January 2010 to October 2016 and Business Process Analyst at Interactions Corporation from July 2002 to August 2009, where contributions included launching operations and writing a provisional patent. Chris's earlier career included positions as a Network Administrator with EnterAct and various technical support roles at companies including Apple Computer and Electronic Edge, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Miami University.
