Craig Dulany

Craig Dulany is a seasoned professional in conversation design and voice user interface architecture, currently serving as Manager of Conversation Design and Sr. VUI Architect at Interactions LLC since February 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Business Analyst at First Data Voice Services, focusing on the analysis and design of complex IVR applications from August 2008 to February 2019, and as Senior Application Developer at First Data Voice Services (Call Interactive), where Craig was responsible for designing and developing intricate IVR systems from February 1999 to August 2008. Earlier in the career, Craig worked as a List Processing Programmer at APAC, formerly ITI Marketing, from 1988 to 1999. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University.
