As VP of Solution Architecture, James is responsible for the Development and Quality Assurance of client IVA applications, and the integration of these applications with client IT, contact center, and compliance systems. James has more than 20 years of experience in the Natural Language automation space. Prior to joining Interactions in 2010, James held several delivery and engineering-focused roles with eCommerce.
