Jessica Brady

Jessica Brady has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica started their career as an Expo Coordinator Assistant at Bennet Events in 2008 and worked there until 2015. Jessica then interned as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Garb Athletics in 2014. In 2015, they joined NUVI as an Account Management Lead for the East Region and later became the Director of Client Success. Jessica led a team of 20 Client Success Managers and successfully built the highest performing Account Management team. Jessica also worked at Interactions LLC, where they initially served as a Client Services Manager, contributing to the development of Virtual Assistant solutions. Jessica worked their way up to become the Director of Account Management in 2019. Throughout their career, Jessica demonstrated excellent client engagement, retention, and expansion skills.
