Lauren Hardy

Lauren Hardy is an experienced professional in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as People Operations Manager at Interactions LLC since February 2019, where previous roles included TA Operations Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Sourcer. Prior to Interactions LLC, Lauren worked at The TJX Companies, Inc. as a Recruiter in global talent acquisition from August 2017 to February 2019. Earlier career experience includes various positions at JCSI, Global Printing & Packaging, and Old Navy, spanning roles in operations project management, account development, and customer experience. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Sacred Heart University, earned between 2007 and 2011, and graduated from Ashland High School in 2007.
